Description: Project shall consist of the following major tasks for the Sanitary Sewer District Facilities: LIFT STATION MODIFICATIONS 1 LS Remove existing Bio-Cube Odor control vessels. 1 LS Install new odor control vessel, media, fan, piping and sound enclosure. 1 LS Remove and replace Submersible Pump No. 1. 1 LS Remove and replace existing control panels. 1 LS Apply protective coating to piping and valves In both wet wells and valve vaults. 2 EA Remove and replace Wet well top slabs and hatches. SITE MODIFICATIONS 275 SY Remove and replace existing bituminous driveway. 80 SY Remove and replace existing concrete sidewalk. 1 LS Site grading and restoration. 1 LS Misc. site work items. Along with miscellaneous site restoration and correlated appurtenances.
