Description: The project involves construction of a pump station and force main to serve as the initial phase of the Turkey Crossing Pump Station. The work consists of mobilization and demobilization, site clearing, site staking, excavation and grading, rock blasting and removal, backfill of excavated areas, extension of gravity sewer to the proposed 8-foot diameter manhole/wet well, installation of the value vault, flow meter vault, and site piping, installation of approximately 1,650 LF of 6-in diameter DIP force main, connection to the existing gravity sewer manhole, hauling and disposal of excess material, site yard piping and valves, site crushed stone surfacing, site fencing, finish grading, erosion control and site stabilization, and all related appurtenances for a complete and functioning system.
