Description: The work consists of providing the necessary labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and plant to construct Sunterra Lift Station No. 5 including but not limited to, mobilization, bonds and insurance; construction of a ten-foot (10’) diameter cast-in-place concrete wet well including 100% solids epoxy coating, well point system and dewatering as necessary; two (2) submersible pumps with all accessories, riser piping, valves, coatings, fence and gates, concrete pavement, site work, 24-inch (24”) on-site storm piping and storm inlet, 8-inch (8”) and 12-inch (12″) on-site sanitary sewer piping including well pointing and dewatering as necessary, trailer-mounted diesel generator, manual transfer switch, load bank testing, lift station control panel, automatic telephone dialer, electrical service disconnect switches, conduit, wire, and all else as shown on the construction drawings and detailed in the specifications for a fully functioning lift station.
