Description: The purpose of this Request for Qualification Statements (“RFQ”) is to secure professional services related to the Metropolitan Water Tunnel Program (“Program”), Final Design Engineering Services for the Authority in an open, fair, competitive and cost-effective process designed to meet the needs of the Authority and to best serve the citizens and ratepayers of the service area. Firms interested in providing such services are asked to submit Statements of Qualifications (“SOQ”) as the first step of a two-step process. Those firms responding to this RFQ (“Respondents”) which are selected as finalists will have the opportunity to respond to a subsequent Request for Proposals (“RFP”); the Authority reserves the right to limit the number of finalists selected.
