Description: The Project will involve the conversion of industrial wharf space along the Mississippi Riverfront into a public park with recreational facilities in accordance with the provisions set forth in the Cooperative Endeavor Agreement (CEA) between the City of New Orleans (CNO) and AC executed on February 6th, 2018. This project, which has the working title of Riverfront for All will link Crescent Park to the Moonwalk creating a contiguous riverfront park. The overall project site is +/- 629,500 SF (or 14.5 acres). The majority of the work will take place on the wharf deck that is +/- 390,800 SF (9 acres) of which of +/- 284,500 SF (6.5 acres) is existing sheds.
