Stiver Engineering was involved in designing ten different customized shoring for the pits at the University of Florida Reitz Lawn Inner Road Improvements project. We conducted soil stability analysis to calculate the maximum lateral earth pressure on wale set and verified the structural stability of the designed piles. Additionally, finite element analysis was performed to verify the structural capacity of the wale set.
