At Stiver Engineering, we believe in investing in the next generation of civil and structural engineers who will shape the future of infrastructure, innovation, and technology. The Stiver Engineering Scholarship Endowment is our long-term commitment to support students at the Edward E. Whitacre, Jr. College of Engineering at Texas Tech University.
Through this scholarship, we aim to provide aspiring civil engineers with the financial resources and industry connections needed to succeed. Engineering is about solving complex problems, and we want to ensure that talented students have the opportunity to focus on their education without financial barriers standing in their way.
Who Can Apply?
This scholarship is open to students who meet the following criteria:
- Major: Civil Engineering
- Academic Standing: 3.0 minimum GPA
- Class Level: Freshman, Sophomore, Junior or Senior
- Additional Requirements: must be a full-time undergraduate student majoring in civil engineering with a 3.0 minimum GPA requirement

- Deadline: All applications must be submitted by February 1st
- Award Announcement: Recipients will be notified in the spring semester
