Description: The Yavapai-Apache Nation (Nation), through the Yavapai-Apache Tribal Council, is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced engineering firms to provide professional engineering design services to design the rehabilitation of an existing wastewater lift station, herein referred to as the Clarkdale Lift Station, to design the connection of 6 homes to the gravity sewer main system near the Clarkdale Lift Station, and to design the rehabilitation of a section of the gravity sewer main system, all of which are generally located 4 miles northwest of Cottonwood, Arizona. The current gravity sewer main system shall be rehabilitated as defined in 2017 Interagency Preliminary Engineering Report (PER) (Appendix A). The six homes near the Clarkdale Lift Station will include the removal of grinder pumps and connections to the existing gravity sewer main. In addition, the Clarkdale Lift Station shall be renovated to meet the operational needs of the Yavapai Apache Nation Utility Tribal Authority for a minimum design period of 20 years
