Description The Owner is seeking to engage a general contractor to complete the Pritchard Water Treatment
Plant Project. The completion of the following work is expected (approximate quantities):
- New water treatment building, including doors, foundations, and concrete clearwell;
- Installation of vendor-supplied ultra-filtration equipment (UF skids, feed tanks, clean-inplace system, ancillary and support equipment);
- 2 new submersible intake pumps;
- 2 treated water distribution pumps, piping, and appurtenances;
- Sodium hypochlorite dosing system;
- 370m of new 150mm diameter watermain, tie-ins to the TNRD’s existing system, and appurtenances;
- External backwash water pump station and forcemain to the wastewater treatment plant;
- Miscellaneous process piping, instruments and controls, and ancillary items;
- Related HVAC equipment;
- Related electrical equipment, controls, and instrumentation;
- Gravel access driveway, site grading, shallow storm infrastructure, and ditching;
- All others items as shown on the attached Drawings.
