Description: Modifications to the three (3) existing wells, including new well pumps and electrical; Construction of a new 40’x70′ water treatment facility, consisting of new split face block building envelope and manufactured wood truss roof system; Erection of two (2) 4,000 gallon welded steel detention tanks; Installation of two (2) transfer pumps; Installation of two (2) vertical pressure filters; Installation of two (2) high service pumps; Installation of one (1) packaged reverse osmosis treatment unit with separate packaged clean-in-place system; Installation of three (3) liquid chemical feeds systems; Installation of a gas chlorine disinfection system with gas chlorine scrubber unit; Installation of one (1) standby diesel generator; SCADA integration at the new WTF and existing wells; Installation of one (1) 15,000 gallon buried waste holding tank with packaged sanitary lift station; Installation of approximately 1,300 LF of 2″ sanitary force main with discharge to the vacuum sewer system; Installation of approximately 2,200 LF of 2″ reverse osmosis concentrate force main; Installation of approximately 400 LF of 8″ reverse osmosis concentrate gravity sewer with discharge to the Wabash River; All related process piping, valves, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc. required for the facility; All related erosion control, site piping, grading, fencing, site restoration, landscaping, etc.
