Description: The JOC program is for construction services of the City of Phoenix wastewater collection system, utilizing primarily the cured-in-place (CIPP) felt and resin lining process. Other approved materials may be used in lieu of CIPP. Occasionally, the work may include dig and replace in lieu of CIPP lining of existing pipe. The work locations will be citywide. Work could include, but is not limited to: Sewer cleaning, Pre and post pipe CCTV, Bypass pumping, Spot repair, Liner repair, Installing CIPP structural liner, Cleanout replacement/removal, Manhole repairs or replacement, Pavement restoration, Odor control, Traffic control, Obtain permits as required, Landscape restoration, Other services as required to support successful completion of the work and the City’s interest.
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Estimated Cost: $12,000,000/ This will be for a 36-month duration or $12,000,000 per JOC, whichever occurs first. The JOC will include an option to renew, based on the Contractor’s satisfactory performance, the City’s need for additional services, and funding availability. The option to renew will be for an additional 24-month term or the balance of the maximum contract amount of $20,000,000, including all JOC amendments. The City intends that each Job Order Agreement (JOA) issued under this JOC will not exceed $4,000,000 in construction costs, but in no event will any JOA exceed $4,000,000 subsequent to Council approval of the change in limits.
