Description: The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to select a qualified Proponent to assist the City in the beneficial use of its Class B biosolids (approx. 3000 tones per annum) produced at its Lansdowne Wastewater Treatment Centre (WWTC). This shall include but is not limited to the administration, securing of lands, application sites, transportation/hauling, ensuring regulatory compliance, application, incorporation, and disposal management of biosolids as per legislation.
