Description: The City of Grand Prairie is seeking a professional engineering firm that can provide engineering, design, and construction phase services to assist the City in developing the proposed Epic Pedestrian Tunnel Project under Warrior Trail at Epic. The design elements may include but are not limited to, paving and storm drainage replacements, tunnel structure, pedestrian access ramps, ROW acquisition documents, utility relocations, and a traffic control plan.
