Description : SD1 is requesting proposals to provide professional engineering design services and construction administration for the upsizing of approximately 3,600 LF of the DCI, as well as the technical specifications associated with the pipe-lining rehabilitation. The awarded Consultant will design and oversee the construction of this sanitary sewer improvement project. The construction work will be separate bid packages, one for the upsizing and one for rehabilitation. Consultant will evaluate different lining methods, CIPP vs. Cement Spray. A pre-proposal meeting will be held on December 21, 2023 at 9:30 AM local time at SD1 main office and online via Microsoft Teams (see Notice to Bidders for details).
