Description: The City and County of Denver (City) is soliciting proposals from qualified interested firms to provide Construction Management/General Contractor (CM/GC) services for the Sanitary Lift Station #5 Project. The primary goal of this project is to replace the oldest existing operating lift station in the City and County of Denver. The site is located at 5125 N. Franklin Street, Denver, 80216. The work involves bypass pumping sanitary flows throughout the project duration, demolition of the existing structures, excavation for new wet well, groundwater dewatering/remediation, and construction of new structures.
