Description The repair work performed under this Contract generally consists of concrete restoration; crack repair; removing and replacing joint sealants; deck crack sealing; as well as traffic control; erosion control and debris containment as necessary to complete the repairs. The work will take place on the following structures: B-5-284 W Mason Street over Beaver Dam Creek; B-5-311 Main Street Bridge over Fox River; B-5-474 Chantel Street over Beaver Dam Creek; and B-5-483 Wildlife Sanctuary Observation Arch Culvert.
