Description: The demolition and disposal of existing walls and overlook deck, removal of existing riprap protection at the failed wall section, soil excavations and disposal, installation of water control, construction of a permanent soldier pile and lagging retaining wall and concrete end walls in the replacement area, soil backfilling, construction of a new overlook deck, removal and replacement of an existing subsurface water pipe, site restoration, and removal and processing of the stone access road in the Saco River and hauling the processed stone to the City of Biddeford DPW facility. In water work as part of this project includes all work completed from the stone access road and removal of the stone access road.
