Description: This project will construct a cantilevered soldier pile and lagging wall and resurface the asphalt pavement and shoulders within the project limits. The proposed retaining wall will span the existing 2000-foot wall plus 5 to 10 additional feet at either end. The proposed retaining wall will be placed behind the face of the existing retaining wall. The proposed facing for this wall will be precast lagging. The proposed asphalt treatment is to mill two inches and resurface with 2 inch WMA (Warm-Mix Asphalt) Top course.
